By accessing or using **WeAgreed**, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not use our services. WeAgreed provides a platform for documenting personal agreements and capturing evidence for those agreements.

2. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the content of your "Smart Agreements" and any photos captured as evidence. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • Maintain the security of your device and login credentials.
  • Use the service only for lawful purposes in accordance with local laws.
  • Neither create nor share content that is illegal, fraudulent, or harmful.

3. Encryption & Data

WeAgreed uses industry-standard end-to-end encryption. You acknowledge that because your data is encrypted with keys held only on your device, **WeAgreed cannot recover your agreements if you lose access to your account/keys.** We do not have a "backdoor" to your private agreements.

4. Limitation of Liability

**WeAgreed** is a documentation tool, not a legal firm. While our "Smart Agreements" and digital signatures provide evidence of intent, they are not a substitute for professional legal advice. We are not liable for any disputes, financial losses, or legal complications arising between parties using our platform.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to WeAgreed at our sole discretion, without notice, for behavior that violates these terms or is otherwise harmful to the service or other users.
